A bite-sized clip from "Shovelglove Supplemental: Samurai Aerobics"

Don't know about Shovelglove? Go to Shovelglove.com to find out more! Shovelglove is the intellectual property of Reinhard Engles; to whom I am merely a fan-boy. I take no responsibility, legal or personal, if you try these goof-ball moves of mine and end up damaged as a result. So don't sue me, please! ;)

Thus, you would be holding the sword "left-handed). Obviously, since this is an exercise routine you want to do both sides, but just wanted to give an historical perspective.
