If your gonna use that bar to dead lift you should put your feel up to the level of the bar so you can get a full range of motion. At my weight room we use these pads that have velcro on the back but a little box works fine. Also what is the benefit of squatting with the weight in your arms ?

Question: Could you possibly use reg. deads and superset with Zerchers? Or would this tax the posterior chain too much?
