This is a SERIOUS broadcast to YouTube, haters, and victims. This issue and all related issues must be rectified! YouTube, you make it virtually impossible to have a violent, racist, perverted user deleted and reported. You tell us to block them.
If I block someone, they'll go hurt someone else. They have to be cut off, stopped, they have to be dealt with! Listen to what I have to say. I am enabling comments and ratings, because you have every right to be mad or to support you, whichever you choose, but I don't care how many flag me and rate me down, as long as YouTube sees this and acts accordingly.
If this is deleted and nothing is changed, I'll do another, and another. I'll make more accounts, get more e-mails, use a different computer, but you won't shut me up. I'll keep at this until someone does something.

If there is something that is sexist, violent, hateful, abusive or infringes your rights - simply flag the comment and select the appropriate field.

YouTube does delete accounts for violating the use policy - I have seen it done before. There are too many posts and they need peer flags.
