I voted republican once and regret doing it. When I took economics in school and learn how our economy worked I realize years later what evil things Bush and company had done and still doing so to our great USA. I just confuse how the word conservative got attach to Rep party. Bush spent more money and lost more jobs than all the presidents combine. Our grand kids, grand kids will suffer because of Bush and company.

The Dems controlled both Houses from Jan 2007 to Jan 2011, but Republicans controlled both Houses for most of Bush's presidency, and while the Dems do still control the Senate (by a very slim majority), the Republicans control the House. So no, actually, the Democrats do not currently control both Houses. Before you insult others, perhaps you should get your facts straight. It took decades to destroy the economy. Thank Reagan Bush I Clinton & Bush II for this mess.

@Monkeypox069 Well, I voted for as many Green party members as were on my ballot, the other indepenedants, then I wrote people in. I also ran for Michigan state rep with the Green party in 2008. Now I don't bother to vote at all. I've decided it's all a giant sham.

Man, why does the government concentrate on with their own profits and not our fellow people? seriously jobs are really a threat to my country right now and i think they should concentrate with jobs at the moment cause it's part of the economic progress. Without jobs there are no sensible things needed to spend their money.
