I don't mind political gamesmanship from both sides but I was pretty disapointed as an Australian when Costello mocked the lyrics of that great song that belongs to all of us. Garret was fair game personally as a politician but it was almost un-Australian what Costello did.

@gemmi1994 You have got to be joking. Became Treasurer after Hawke and Keating reformed and deregulated Australia's financial system and opened up our economy to the world. Then as the money poured in from the mining boom Costello splashed it all out on middle class welfare handouts which now continues under the Labor government today. What a waste.
