typical cop behavior, doesn't surprise me a bit. i HATE cops! I've been the victim of police brutality on 3 separate occasions. strangled, beat w/a club, & the last time 5 of them beat me down (btw, i weighed 140 lbs. at that time!)...every time all my charges were dismissed due to me having plenty of witnesses, who in fact were mostly strangers and i had committed no crimes...i do have a smart mouth and tell it like it is thus the reason 4 being beaten and arrested...crazy huh?

I understand he committed a crime and fled, but to try to justify this police officer's action by saying well he's a crook he had it coming is just ignorant. Here in this country we have rights of the accused, and this guy obviously gave up and went spread eagle on the ground. Kicking him in the head is just unnecessary.

if these guys had their car stolen by that guy and knew he tried to out run the police, they would have both been like "why didnt you kick him in the head more?" its easy for them to sit there and criticize the police and call them doughnut eaters, while they are risking their lifes to stop these car theifs and putting an end to dangerous persuits that could have easily killed innnocent an person(s).

Cop needs to be put in jail. A cop should not be exempt from charges, but should be getting higher penalties for the SAME charges. If you are going to be responsible enough to arrest people for breaking the law, then you have to be responsible enough to face the law as well.
