@Whatsgoodsmurf Everyone is welcome to have their own opinion. If you think Scions are ugly pieces of shit, thats fine by me. However, you can't argue with the facts.
Subie = 305hp to the crank (approx. 270 at the wheels) and it weighs 3,400 pounds ($36,000)
tC in the video = 330hp to the wheels and it weighs 3,000 pounds. ($25,000)
My point again: The tC is a great alternative for those who cannot afford a $36,000 car, and is a good platform for modification.

@ScionSantaMonica how much does it cost to get that TC up to 300HP?

Agreed sir. I just got my 2012 tC and I love it. I could have gotten a more expensive car, but for the price, performance and the sleek look, I'm happy with my purchase. It's has good performance with good gas mileage. Maybe in the next year or so I can look into modding it. It looks like these Scions are solid cars or a starter kit to something even better for car enthusiasts.
hey bro imma teenager so i don't got a lotta cash but just wondering did u lower the car? how much? and how much did u spend on the rims and wheels total?
thanks much

@WhiteViper254 Hey bro, the car in this video belongs to Chris Rado of World Racing. The car was lowered with a set of test springs before coil overs were available and the wheels are made by HRE but I'm not sure how much they spent. However, if you're on a budget, HRE wheels wouldn't be the best brand as they are relatively pricey. Instead, you should consider a set of FIVE:AD wheels. Good luck with your mods!
