  • Two of them have been in loving foster homes for over 2 years and are still so shy they are virtually unadoptable.

  • @igormon You are absolutely right. These pups were matted down to the skin - especially awful because they were so young, and already in such abominable condition. There was no other option for them, particularly since they were basically feral when they came in. Folks who think they are doing their dogs a "favor" by shaving them in hot weather are actually placing them at risk, as the coat protects from heat as well.

  • Why do you give such short haircuts to these dogs? Is it because of the previous neglect to clean out the previous coat and make room for a new one or what?

I never really agreed with such practices, I never cut my mal's fur.Why do you give such short haircuts to these dogs? Is it because of the previous neglect to clean out the previous coat and make room for a new one or what?

  • my nerves.... how can someone be like that and treat animals this way, evne the whole dog fighting business i couldnt watch that and using these poor pups as bait.. are you serious that is literally disgusting! i wish i could save every puppy in the world. there isnt any dog fighting where i come from but alot of neglect and people who just dont know how to care for the animals, cats are more neglected then dog where im from (CAPE BRETON,nova scotia Canada) But glad to hear the pups are good :)

  • I loved the video at the end. Our Mal does the SAME things when she is super happy/excited!

  • Really moving can't believe the heartlessness and greed of some people, then the generosity and kindness of others... You have my admiration, support and respect

  • I never seem to get my head around why people abuse dogs

  • That's awesome, indeed I love to hear a great, though sad, story of going to hell and coming back to the light, or in this case, Northern Light. :)

  • Bravi

  • If I was the dog i would have tore him to peices,,,GRRRRR!!! makes me so angry

  • What a wonderful ending!! You folks are a real blessing.

  • @katylied2 Ahh well I'm glad to hear that then, and I hope the dogs continue receiving such great care as I am sure they will with you.

I would adopt one but for now as large as my backyard may be I still live in the city and one mal is enough. I think two of them would make my jogging sessions quite interesting since the one I have right now seems to think I'm a sled that needs to be pulled.

Also I apologize for the double post, youtube's commenting system is really out of whack.

    Take care.
