the s2000 is a track car. the mustang mostly a dragster/power car. two totally diff types of cars yeah the stang beat um on the straight, but the s2k would win on the track. its simply more nimble.

I really didn't like Mustang that much until they rolled out the 2011 models which blew me away. I would never trade my s2000 in for a pre 2011 mustang though knowing how much superior the newer models are compare to the older. I would seriously consider a 2011 GT as the next convertible car of the household.

Guys, I posted those comments over a year ago and I was wrong. Since then I have sold my S2000 and bought a sweet ass Mustang like 15 other people have in my neighborhood. I also stopped talking to all the girls I got in that shitty S2000 and started dating big manly men. Now I can be one of you. Can we finally get along?

@CambodianCustodian false, the 05 gt and UP will spank the 2011+ v6 mustang. HP is equal but the 45 extra pounds of torque the 05+ gt has is what wins the races 100%. mod for mod it still can't beat the 05 gt. Next.
