It worked like a miracle for me. Thanks!!

I don't have a long necked salt bottle so I rolled up salt in a 1 inch x 3 inch piece of paper (like a straw) and then delivered it into my throat. Instant relief!! It may be placebo to some extent too but I am soooo glad that it worked & I am relieved from this useless pain.

thanks so much...its great free tip...!!!(i get sore throat all the time after my mono which often progresses to a nasty cold)..i think this is what happened right now i got sore throat and then full blown flu....
i try garlic too but it does smell awfully....i will try himalayan salt dough i think .....
and ure so pretty and so nice its a joy to watch this vid!
