  • i feel like i'm holding myself back at the moment :( I have put on quite a bit of weight over this year as I have been concentrating on my studies, I'm needing to upgrade in clothes sizes, i feel uncomfortable and embarrassed everyday. The worst part is i'm so miserable about it i cant seem to find the motivation to do anything (or feel as though i have enough time)

    do you have any recommendations of when i should be doing exercises to fit into my study schedule, and how to get motivated?

  • i am a marathon runner and i workout twice a day.but 2 yrs ago i was a skinny fat guy and hated it. i had asthma n ended up at the hospital if i went overboard playing with my friends. i ran every mornin coz i was ashamed until i lost the fat. and decided to make running a part of my life coz it helped me get rid of that horrible disease that held me back all my life.

  • How long did you rest between each series ?

  • 40min dune run > 16min HIIT > 20min dune run

    People stopping to watch you get your butt kicked by your workout- priceless
