this performance was awesome. To everyone on here arguing about "what is parkour" vs "what is freerunning"...David Belle, the founder of parkour, on one of his professional profiles put one of his interests as quote "Parkour (Free Running)" unquote. Yes there are some differences between the two. But even David Belle doesnt see a need to separate the two and even suggests that they are synonymous. I think that paints a clear picture as to how silly of us it is to argue. Love the movement. :D
@DDiez15 i said front flip off a "ledge", that ledge could mean a 4 foot drop to another section of the roof. or ten feet to the ground. but thats not the issue. my previous comment "roof" merely shows that i can do alot of parkour, add a flip, and its still parkour. this other comment about the sideflip. shows that there are some times where a flip is MORE efficient than a bythebook parkour techique. not trying to bash you bro. but maybe i'm giving you some insight.
