The "Blizzard of 96'" wrecked havoc on the area railroads for a couple of days. Then temperatures warmed up to the near 70's! This caused flooding on the Hudson Line in the Hudson, NY area. Once the water subsided, Conrail was able to move again and put together this massive OPSE/TTSE combo at the Croton West Yard on January 22, 1996 and struggle north with it in the middle of the afternoon. I was very late for work that day.
ENJOY!
