that is not fast i was bowling faster then that today and i haven't even bowled over 100kmh for 5 years if lucky that ball would of been 80kmh

I am 15 years old and i can bowl 70mph...and have a max of about 72 mph...do you guys think you can look at my bowling action...and give me some tips to improve it.

@benbigheadacc93 who you play for? I play at Sudbury. You do get bowlers over 80 but very occasionally, there's probably only about 5 in the league. 1 of them plays for us and we get him back for the rest of the season next week. The annoying thing is that there are loads of batsmen capable of dealing with 80+mph!!
