Not everyone can say they have an 80's rock star as their foster brother; but Dave Rafter can! In this episode Dave reconnects with his foster brother Steve Wilson, and they relive many moments of the 1980's together. This leads to Steve making Dave an offer he just can't refuse. Meanwhile Nathan has taken a gamble on a very risky investment and may lose his boss's money. And as his time becomes shorter and shorter to make the deal work, he becomes more and more anxious. And then there's Carbo. He finally declares his feelings for Chrissy but will she return them?
