A tuxedo is not Formal. A tuxedo is SEMI-formal.
White Tie is Formal. BUT White Tie is NOT a tuxedo.
That second model has a nice white waistcoat which I admire a lot, but a formal waistcoat it ain't. And there's something seriously wrong with those coats. WHY is the waistcoat LONGER than the jacket? It should be the other way around!
No wonder people fuck it up when the so-called 'experts' don't know how to do it!

Actually, after 6, and the vest is too low. It should not come out under the jacket. If its before 6, you must wear a morning coat. What the second model is wearing is disgusting, and should never, ever be worn by anyone who has any taste. It is, in fact, offensive to anyone who knows anything about formal clothing.
