This bitch stutters really bad no matter what you do ,i had a 720 ,sold it within the second month.

Good idea for very sore loser's who like to blame thier rig!
I thought same thing when Specialized starting putting more than 2/3 settings on thier propedal shocks!

this is to prevent pedal feed back i.e where they have the main pivot , when the arm goes up the radial movement on the arm decreases the chain distance between the crank and casstte so when the arm kicks back it will kick the pedal back, which is a well known problem for frames such as orange 5 thats why the designers are trying to align the pivot with the crank, on this frame they have put the crank on a pivot to try and keep the chain from crank to cassette the same.

It looks like there would have to be an absolute TON of pressure on that small linkage.

the advantage is that it looks complicated. it probably does do something but i think its mostly meant to give them something to talk about.
i was thinking of getting a giant faith are they any good?
