If I owned this company, I'd remove the parking scene at the start of this video; it doesn't serve to instill confidence in the service. Also, I wouldn't hire carpet cleaners who don't cover their footwear while cleaning and traversing my carpets. But MOST importantly, if I EVER saw a carpet cleaner in my home work something into a spot on a carpet with his foot as seen in this video, he'd be out on his rump faster than he could say "What the hell happened???"
