  • Ouch. It's not like I got paid for this. I showed up for a field trip with my students, and they asked me if I could answer a few questions on camera. Turns out this was in a full TV studio getting makeup and looking into a studio camera. It was a one-take thing, and then I had to get back to the kids. I'm not thrilled that I stumbled on a few words, but it's not like I had a script. This is all impromptu.

  • Hysterical. You submit an ultimately useless comment about the use of "proper English", then you spell the abbreviated term for advertisement incorrectly. It's spelt "ad", not "add".

Now, get off your high horse and go do something useful.

  • Watershed School cool.

  • @thebadbrown - Wow, a correction on an almost 3 year old thread? Really?

It's perfectly acceptable to use 'spelt' in Britain/Australia, and I'm in Australia.

  • @chrislo2401 spelled*

  • What do you mean it sounds like I have no clue? I did't even say anything o_o...

I did my research. I saw the results. And I don't like how they look for children past the age of 6. I'm not going to apologize for that. :/

  • Uhm... Icefairy... based on research results, I have come to the conclusion that montesorri education is not beneficial after the age of 6 based on what I consider to be important in education.

  • Sounds like you have no clue when it comes to how kids ACTUALLY learn best, based on your outdated ideas

  • REally quitejaded? What is your experience with teaching children a best way to learn? Your probably '50 year-old' style of teaching is antiquated the way you were taught. Interesting to me that someone can say technology is outdated when a year old, but kids should still be taught 100 year old industry-style school teachings. Grow up! This is doctorate - backed PHD superior middle/high school education being taught and looked at nationally by other schools all over the country!

  • Nothing as long as your kid isn't older than 6 years old.
