I did not make this. All I did was convert this into a format suitable for uploading to YouTube. All credit for playing this goes to JXQ.

This is one of the best TASes I've seen so far. Even knowing it's a TAS I'm still absolutely amazed by some of the tricks in here. Unfortunately 30 fps is insufficient to capture the awesomeness of the run or the game itself. Not a fan of splitting videos either.

The entire run is crazy, but this particular section was a highlight for me - so many great tricks :)

Max missiles is 230 in this game, not the usual 255.

umm... isnt 5*21 = 105 ?

maybe 51 packs.

usually there are 255 missiles in a metroid game and 5 per pack.. well thats uhh 21 missile packs total hidden in the game. not including the 14 energy tanks, the mutliple super and power bombs as well as the 4 reserve tanks.
