yo comenze el 10 de julio q pesaba 139 libras y aumente a 147. eso por supuesto me da mucho streess pk lo q kiero es bajar de peso y esta ocurriendo todo lo contrario. ummm los ejercicios se me estan haciendo bastante complicados no puedo llegar a la primera hora de yoga, y chest and back se me hacen super dificil. cm podria mejorar el rendimientoo en los ejercicios? pk ya me estoy desanimando :(

Hey Claudia...good news that cold you got is gone. I'm getting better, too. My surgery was alright but I guess the incision will leave a scar for the rest of my life that everybody can see. I think I have to live with the fact that I will not get more attractive. ;)

I envy you of your Spanish mother tongue. I learned Polish at the university. I also speak a little bit French but English is of course my favourite.
