An excellent racing game that still (in my opinion) seems comparable gameplay-wise to today's racers. What I consider to be top-notch AI, advanced damage modeling, and an easy-to-learn, yet still complex driving model make this game a great classic.
This Unofficial trailer was made entirely by myself, using FRAPS to record the video, and Windows Movie Maker to compile it all.

One of my favorite PC games as a kid. Loved how one wrong move could turn your Viper's suspension into a total wreck, it's something even rFactor doesn't get right :)

lol whoever rated this 1 star must be an absolute moron.
this game was groundbreaking both graphically, and gameplaywise. and it had a nice replay feature too. not to mention the career mode.
oh, and the majority of fools around today couldn't play it either. Turn off the driving aids and they'd spin out and throw a tantrum, that's why games are so shit these days. because they have to appeal to the masses of zombies who want to be experts at a game the instant they touch the control
