@sg0159 when you scale the packs that have metal security tags would subtracting the weight of the metal security tag from the blister pack help?

@mrpickles619 Thanks I will try it then

@Maulstache People do that, but you have to mark them as scaled packs, or people will buy them, pull 0 holos, and never trust you again. You could sell scaled packs for cheaper.

Hey if I bought a box of those new chaos ones, scaled al the packs and opened all the heavy ones ad then sold all the light ones, do you think I would make profit?

Hello, I was just wondering but did you try scaling the packs secretly? The target in my location has the Yu-Gi-Oh! blister packs near the check-out lines and was wondering if it was the same for where you were scaling packs from.
How come Target uses real and fake security tags on yugioh blister packs? One was a paper stick and the other one was a metal security tag

@RiderSTG I assume they use both in order to trip up scalers such as myself. I talked to a few people at locals who said they tried to scale packs like these but they never got anything. None of the people who attempted it even bothered to check for anything like this.
The packs with the metal tags hidden under the sticker will ALWAYS weigh more than the non metal tagged packs. The difference between the security tags is pretty big, usually .2 - .3 grams.

It is the same at my local target, I just take the packs and put them in a pile and scale them one at a time in front of the employees. If you go somewhere to do it discretely they may think you are stealing.
