Baptism of holy fire = slain in the spirit. Like plugging your body into the greatest electric power socket on the planet, except it revitalizes your body, soul, and spirit....the Holy Spirit of God being released in Yeshua/Jesus's name.

@DiNatalli oftentimes we pit holiness against the manifestations of the spirit, like you have to choose one or the other...when in fact you can have both the joy, peace, and power of the Spirit....and through that, you will be strengthened to overcome sin.

I don't believe this at all. The Holy Spirit will empower you to over come sin not to fall on the floor and speak gibberish and shake. Demon possession is like that screaming shaking, twisting falling. I read the whole bible any time some one is filled with the spirit or they have an encounter it always says they fall to their face/knees in reverence.

I have been slain and it sure felt good ! The people who doubt are that way cause it never happened to them. When the Holy Spirit falls on you will never forget it. Miracles still happen.

One time I was worshiping God and I was slain in the Spirit without anyone laying hands or even saying anything. The guy who caught me was slain in the Spirit to. I asked if he was alright and he was just praising God.

Read the bible.....it hurts to discover this as I did but it is what it is. Being slain out i sbarely mentioned in the bible and falling backwards is always in judgement falling prostrate is in reverence.Please study this.God Bless You.

@doompod Scribes and Pharisees stand up right and act properly! That's why Jesus used to tell them that they were of the Devil! Now days. True Christians usually see the proper folks and run for their spiritual lives! Gods people live breathe and move in the spirit! That means acting Righteously: not properly!

OK lets dispel some myths. When the spirit fell on David as the Ark returned, he was not dignified. I'm not a Christian and I know that. As for being Slain in the Spirit, You might want to talk to the Apostle Paul about that. There is nothing more undignified than being thrown from your horse! As for Mark 16:17, most folks try to put their dignified spin on it! No where in the Bible does it say that it is a prayer language. In Mark it is stated as a manifestation of God's power!

@DiNatalli What you fail to admit is that Demon possession will not manifest itself unless confronted by the Holy Spirit! Most times demon possession is subtle. Take Ananias and Sapphira. they were possessed yet nobody knew except Peter..

I agree with FillTheirVoid. Waving your hands and causing people to fall down (likely to hurt without those catchers) seems more like demon possesion than empowering of the holy spirit. YHWH's miracles are more awesome and meaningful than this. Furthermore this entire performance reminds me strongly of a hypnotist show.
