No More Pills Please

Six Wide Angle youth were given a summer project to create a short film about a subject matter of their choice. These talented artists did an amazing job making a movie about a young girls pressure to excel. After one of her parents loses their job, she is forced to get a part time job to supplement the household income, which causes her grades to slip. She becomes more and more stressed which leads to insomnia and the use of sleeping pills. She experiences side effects from the prolonged use of the pills, which causes hallucinations and nonsensical sequences to ensue. Check out this awesome short!
