@Iamgasmask You can use the dip video I made which will be much more effective. I will make a tricep extension video, but I am trying to get through more useful movements first. This trainer is horrible and most likely makes more money an hour than she has for an IQ.

15-20 reps...what a spaz. Ppl like this scare women into doing reps that just cause doms and not much results. Also note if your over your face with the weight you actually take all tension away by the top of the motion and your basically just stabilizing the weight.

I have heard that it is easier to do these with added stability if we're using a decline bench, but I guess a flat has the advantage of it being possibly easier to get the weight into position, though with a decline you could pull it right off the ground in a semi-pullover motion which seems easier to me. It's only harder if you are eccentrically crunching the weight into position by carrying it from a standing position.
