  • This was more than 5 years ago. How many Iraqis and others died or were injured, and how much public money was wasted for the benefit of a few private war related companies since then? Not to mention anti-US feelings are now far beyond repair in the whole Arabic world. Spending money with the effect of A having so many casualties and destroying a nation B increasing public debt, and C being kicked out: This is just wow! To the point Bill Maher's corrosive humour is almost an understatement...

  • What a creepy looking dude Bill Maher is. I can never quite focus on his comments cause I'm too distracted by his goofy facial features. That aside, I'm pretty sure everything he says is wrong and really stupid.

  • Conservatives are now attacking President Obamma for "crony capitalism" A; they're a little late for the game and B: They need to ask Dick Cheney how much he and his friends at Halliburton made off of contracts from the Iraq War (which we need to rename something other than Operation Iraqi Freedom)

The genisues at the Heritage foundation also predicted that after Iceland deregulated their banking system they would enjoy solid growth. Instead Icelands economy promptly collapsed. Why are people listening to them?

  • Take my hat where??

  • @AxisXIViral ... Touche again guy.

Which second show lasted longer, Stewart's Daily Show or Maher's Real Time?

  • @Bmanritchie Actually, they've both had two shows.

  • @AxisXIViral ... Alrite, I'll give you that.

In terms of sticking w/ just one show though, I'd have to give that to Jon Stewart.

How many "shows" has Maher hosted over his filmography?

*So far I can only think of 3

  • @Bmanritchie Well technically they both started television in '93, so I guess it's neither. They're just very similar.

I always thought that Maher had been on longer, since he's a bit older.

  • @AxisXIViral I believe it would be Maher who got his personality from Stewart

*I'm pretty sure Stu's been having a show much longer that Maher has
