The Big-O exercise is defined by a ring of 18" tall cones, 30' in diameter. In the center is a set of two additional cones marking a 5' wide center gate. . The object is to do a Figure 8 within the 30' diameter ring; with the crossover point between the gate cones. I'm not quite ready to practice with the ring cones set. When I do, seems like I spend half my time resetting cones. So I'll practice without the ring cones until I gain confidence staying within the painted cone marks.
