A three flip mobius strip is cut down the middle. You can wrap the paper strip around your hand with 5 layers so that two of the strips can cross three of the strips to flatten the twists. This will put all on one boundary on the inside, and one of the outside with the edges on opposite sides.
The Gauss extended code of the knot will be. 1, -1, -2, -3, -4, 4, 5, 2, -6, -5, 3, 6. This creates a third group of soluations! group one:) trefoil knot with three loops. group two) figure of eight with two loops, and group three:) knots that can become braids? All have a crossing number of 6, have 8 boundaries and 12 edges. The braid group will have the same boundary on the outside surface of the framed knot.
