There aren't many PVP videos of healers out there and even less of a Holy Priest. So here is the display of the awesome power and survivability that is the Holy Priest in PVP!
Ok seriously, this is just a joke. This isn't a real PVP video if you haven't figured out. I just quickly through this together because I was bored.

I'm just getting used to Arena as a healing priest, and both Disc and Holy are good for it. I'm twice as hard to kill now as Holy than I ever was as Disc, and it's WAY better for pure healing. If you are a toolbox kind of guy and routinely assist your teammates on the offense, then Disc is probably better. I'm more of a pure-healer type, so Holy is working out better for me. And yes, Spirit of Redemption is very important to have, since those 15 seconds are awesome and will top your allies off.

disc > holy in pvp, there are no exceptions but holy ftw in pve

Ahh I see, yeah that's why I hate healing in holy/disc. You're the primary target :(

@WolfTheMadMan Holy and disc priests difference is indeed that disc is more shielding and reducing dmg and holy priest more pure healing. But don't underestimed holy priests in pvp. They pwn :)

TL;DR - Holy priests have more abilities and are more flexible then disc priests, a great spec for both PvP and PvE
