1)Social security be provided and the judiciary take strict action that it is bound to take and in reality it is not taking.
or
2)STRICT ISLAMIC BASED SYSTEM INSTANT JUSTICE!

Independence mean that today we have an non-corrupt CJ in Pakistan..this guy cannot bribed or forced to take decisions..he will take decisions according to law and the Constitution..
Earlier, never would a Court give rulings against the sitting govt as they knew they would be kicked out..but today the judges in Supreme Court will not be appointed by the govt, they are independent and will be appointed by either the CJ or a committee..
and what young people? could they do anything in 60 years?

How do you define independence, all of the people are independent.
Supreme court is full of people who either delay the judicial process or ignore it. The rest are the child of the system.
Agree on point that only people can change it. Only young people from within community can improve the system.

You are absolutely correct, although they are corrupt and if not then incompetent.
Why because the lawyers are the lowest regulated education class and only they can become Judges.

The problem is, only Supreme Court is independent right now, and its job is to keep the corrupt rulers in check and interpret the Constitution..
The people will get justice only when the whole system is revived or it is transformed to Shariat based speedy justice system..
If this system is to be revived, it has to be done by the govt or people should vote in someone like Imran Khan who has a vision to give insaaf to the common masses..

95 percent of the judges in Pakistan are corrupt.They are the ones who should be behind the bars and lashed and hanged.BASTARD JUDGES.
