-FFVII- SOLDIER-02: Chapter 12 pt. 1

At last, my New Years present to you all... University kept me very busy these past four months, and I thank every one of you for your patience and dedication... This chapter was split into two parts since I ended up making it about 11 minutes long, and YouTube's restriction is 10 minutes... Having just had a very peculiar interview with Tseng, Reeve decides to call Rufus. He tells him that Tseng told him of SOLDIER-02 and tried to get him to go public with their search on behalf of ShinRa. Rufus is stunned, and informs Tseng that the investigation was to remain confidential, at least for the time being. He immediately calls Tseng and demands that he return to the company headquarters. Upon his arrival, Rufus informs him that he must undergo testing and an examination to ensure that he is healthy and reliable enough to remain at his side.

That night, Vincent is on his way to Edge by railcar, due to arrive the next evening.

I had the same thought about the train, but I can go with your explanation - Final Fantasy physics, and all that. One thing though. You've given Tseng his Crisis Core haircut. By ACC, it's pretty long.
