She seems introverted. just like I was when I toured for years playing guitar with God knows who. Vineland N.J. was the worse place for a serious musician in the mid to late 70's. A great guitarist named Steve Laury hails from there. Check him out on youtube. If in fact she is an introvert or commonly shy, it explains her sensitivity as a player. Her experssion as an artist. She is probably tired of comments about her gender. She is a child prodigy. I love her writing!

@WILLOW5521 jazz fusion is where its at and always has been its the hardest of all Mahavishnu Orchestra, Jean Luc Ponty, shes up there with them in fact the whole group kicks ass lol

She could easily play anything from Mahavishnu Orchestra, Jean Luc Ponty, or Return to Forever. She could probably play Ponty's violin solos on guitar with ease. She has most likely surpassed those levels by now. She is a serious minded musician and an amazing guitarist. I love her writing as well. An artist like this comes along every so often and is rare in the world.

I would have to agree with you all. Today is 4/9/11 and this is the first time,
I am seeing her. Have watched so far about 5 videos of her playing.
Fucking Fantastic! Great Great technique, A whole lot of feel and Thank God she is just not addicted to speed playing... There's a plenty more style to her than that!
I would put her up with some of the best jazz fusion guitarists I have ever seen!

To those who can´t decide if Nori Bucci is a better or worse guitar player...your incapability for recognize talent is evident.Maybe some people need a marketing operation to choose their cultural heroes,but I don´t.Let me tell you that Nori Bucci is a guitar player of the highest caliber.She can match the playing of many top world players,just because that is what she is.Watch,learn and enjoy.
