Gee - A couple of liberals being, ah liberals. Worthless.
Hey Rachel, There is only one issue in this election - The economy. Everything else is a side show to try and distract you from the miserable incompetent job Harry Reid has done. 15% unemployment and REID shut down the entire economy with his forced socialist health care bill.
FIRE REID TODAY and be Done with him. All he does is act like a 5th grader and call people names.

@33ItHappens, Your comment that "Just because the Supreme Court does [adopt or declare something as law] doesn't mean it is law" is the most awesomely ignorant thing anyone has ever said on this site and that's saying something. Apparently, you were home masturbating to the gay Teletubby when they covered the Constitution in your special needs class. You might want to read up on a little case called Marbury v. Madison (1803) that says that the Supreme Court decides what the Constitution says.

@1Vella I have a well thank you very much. My concern is the brain damage, dental fluorosis, and cancers caused by dangerous chemicals in the water supply. Even the people who advocate fluoride agree you have to keep the concentration below a cetrain level but people use that fluoridated water to cook food for their children and babies and as it is cooked the concentration goes up. Go learn about Fluoride then come back so we can argue.
BO is INELIGIBLE! In the Constitution is says you only have to be a citizen to be a Congressman(art.1 sec.2), you only have to be a citizen to be a Senator(Art 1 Sec.3). To be President of the United States, you are held up to a higher standard(Art.2 Sec.1), IT SAYS YOU MUST BE A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, which BO IS NOT! A natural born citizen is one who is born of two citizens of the US! You have to know what it meant at the time of the Constitution and look to the Law of Nations. Look it up!

@33ItHappens, Your channel says, "Im [sic] a Constitution loving American that fights for freedom every chance i get." Wowee for you! As much as you "love" the Constitution, you might actually try reading it (you CAN read, right?). You should start with the 14th Amendment (Sec. 1): "ALL PERSONS BORN or naturalized IN THE [U.S.], and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, ARE CITIZENS OF THE [U.S.]." But you're absolutely right that "BO" can't be a citizen (shhh, don't tell anybody, he's a dog).

@33ItHappens, DUH back at you, birther-boy. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), where the Court ADOPTED the common law of England: "It thus clearly appears that by the law of England for the last three centuries .. aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the crown of England, were within the allegiance .. and the jurisdiction of the English sovereign; and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a NATURAL-BORN subject." What's your authority?

@insightbites Well, this isnt England

@33ItHappens, Wow, HUGE FAIL on the rebuttal! Here's a clue birther-boy: when the U.S. Supreme Court adopts the law of another country for whatever reason, it becomes the law of the U.S. Obviously, that's a difficult concept for a birther-simpleton like you to grasp. Here's another factoid that you might want smoke in your dufus-pipe: much of our law comes from England and our courts have been citing English law precedent for centuries, but who would expect a birther-clown like you to know that?
