Heavy Duty Motor Tilt slide line / transfer line

Sovella heavy duty motorized tilting slide line table. The tilt is motorized using 2 linear actuators with a hand switch control. This table was designed for a large box build operation where an empty chassis was loaded onto the table while in the flat position. The table was then tilted for easy access to assembly processes inside the chassis and to transfer the chassis to the next station. The chassis size in this application was five feet wide by three feet tall and sixteen inches deep. The total weight of the completed chassis is around five hundred pounds.
