I tried your bread recipe, and man was this a great tasting bread! So simple, but so good.
Thanks for the recipe, as I will be making a lot of bread from now on.

another technique is to spray the loaf with water to facilitate browning. Great recipe.

@ModernSurvivalBlog Yes, I have this exact oven. I love it and think it probably is one of the best. I love how lightweight and portable it is. Take care.

Thanks for sharing. Your bread would have browned better had you placed it directly on the dark shelf in the oven. You do not get the maximum benefit of your oven when you cook on a reflective (shiny) surface such as aluminum foil. The manufacture recommends cooking on a dark, non shiny surface to absorb the rays of the sun rather than reflect them. Still you got a nice loaf of bread. I baked bread in my solar oven on a 13 degree day! It got to 350 degrees, which I think is phenomenal.

That was very nice - thanks for the presentation.
No doubt the aluminum foil reflected some energy. Do you have the same solar oven? I believe that this solar oven is one of the best out there - but I'm sure there are more...
