HDPE RECYCLING SYSTEM

The system begins with granulated HDPE flake. The flake is deposited into a hopper from where it is fed into a float/sink tank to remove loose dirt, glass, metal and other heavy contaminants. After float/sink separation, the flake is washed and rinsed in the 4-stage PlastiCycler. It is discharged from the PlastiCycler into a centrifugal dryer. Finally, it undergoes air classification to separate any loose labels and other light contaminants from the clean, dry flake. The final product is suitable for extruding or molding into new products.

i work for the company that does the same thing, but our system is very diffrent, your system look good to, it looks like it does the job and it's neat.
