and besides, yann tiersen's songs are mostly quite easy to play, but what's difficult is to bring out that emotion. And that emotion is actually makes him a great artist.

@starg8t1. No doubt technically, the piece was played perfectly.

However, it is no doubt the tempo was too fast and the melodic phrasing wasn't that clear in this piece. If you actually listen to yann tiersen's one, you realise that at the start of every melodic phrasing, he adds a rubato. Also, come to 1:05, your left hand should be controlled so as to bring out the melody of the right hand. This wasn't really heard in this piece. So yeah, just my pov which i guess resonates amongst fans.

If you're not concentrating too hard on the video and then you look back, it looks like his left arm is rediculously small compared to his right arm! LOL!
