All that I can say is that the Lakers have won 10 NBA Titles since 1980, more than any other team in the league. 4 more than the Bulls, 6 more than the Spurs & Celtics & 7 more than the Pistons. These are the indisputable facts. The Lakers are simply the best organization in basketball to play for, period.

@blacktopaz8 I do feel bad for Portland. They had an awesome team that year. I think Portland and Lakers split 2-2 during the regular season as well. they also had a great team in 1990 and 1992, losing both in the NBA Finals, once to the pistons, then MJ's Bulls.
