@TheAnimatheist I can think of a few Shock powers if it's not too late to contribute. "Atheist madness." Not sure what it would do though but maybe something that prevents the opponent from moving (from dumbfoundedness). You could also have a move that interrupts one of his opponent's move since he really likes to interrupt people. "The SoG lie" which could send minions after opponents since he tends to lie...a lot. And there's always moves like called "The Question" and "Motorcycle Camera."
