I don't want to be a rat in rat race!

I don't want to be in the race of rats. I want to enjoy life. Rat race is for rats. Even if you win rat race you are still a rat. People can enjoy the rat race, but it is only a level of making do. It is a level of consciousness and where your at. It is cold here too. 9 degrees is cold an annoying. Let me know what you think!

Люди можуть користуватися пацюк гонці, але це тільки рівень прийняття робити. Це рівень свідомості, і коли на вашому. Саме тут дуже холодно. 9 градусів холодно дратує. it's a lot warmer now, only minus 3 this morning.

chemistry... it amazes me that all the elements differ (increasingly) by one proton, and by their number of neutrons and electronis, that they can be organized as they are in the periodic table, the way that electrons seem to exhibit properties of both waves and particles - that the truth is they really don't understand them (although I have lots to learn yet about things such as quarks, gluons, muons, etc) - labs are great fun. and so much more

minus 3! eekk! It was lovely today. 60 degrees, t shirt day, splitting rocks and working on my cabin.

That sounds like you have love for that. I respect that a lot. You will enjoy yourself and be happy, and definitely successful. I measure success as the value of joy and personal growth, not level of assets or material attainment.

last week it was minus 45 celcius here, which is minus 49 fahrenheit... that was with the wind chill. I'd have liked to stay home, light a fire, and just enjoy the coziness of our house when it's so cold out, but being the good little rat that I am, I had to drive to the city argh and go to work.

you are very funny, and at the same time very philosophical - good combination.

Wow, -45c is a bit cold! I would not like that so much, but you are correct; fireplace and coziness would be ideal in conditions like that. Thank you for the compliment. I am trying to be a bit funny (new to vlogging). It would be boring if I was just philosophical all the time :P
