Our first trip to Phi Phi Island in Thailand (in January 2009).

Great video. My wife and I are going to Phi Phi in July and we are staying at the Relax Beach resort. What do you recommend for us to do? This is our first time in Thailand

@Angel85819 Thanks! Of course, visiting Phi Phi Leh, the smaller island, is a must! You guys should reserve (at least) a full day only for it. You can book the day trip at the front desk. There is not much to do at the Resort itself, but relaxing at the beach, enjoying the sun, slowing down... If you enjoy hiking, try the trail that starts from the beach all the way uphill. It's a bit steep, but the viewpoint is worth the 60 minute journey.

Thank you, CboyDav! It's "Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort", located in a remote beach in Phi Phi Don, only reachable by boat. It's a nice and relaxing place if you don't mind the lack of infrastructure (no hot shower, no electricity in daytime). Actually, it's more like a camping site than a resort. If you want to spend some time doing nothing, just relaxing, that's the place to go.
