Other way around. The Marine CH-53 (the really big one) is Marine One, carrying the President. Marine One is operated by Marine Medium Helicoptor Squadron 1 (HMX 1). The Marines do not operate UH-60 Blackhawks, which is what the black and white "United States of America" helicoptors were. Those are the executive personnel helicoptors operated by the United States Army.

Chris is correct. The first helicopter was the Presidents Helicopter. The second was probably carrying staff and congressmen/women.
