I do endurance riding in 4 easyboots, and I don't find that the gaiters rub at all. I ride in Epics, so the only I have trouble with is my horses chipping the clips :S

I don't have problems with rubbing on my horses,though some people do. Some people use knee high panty hoes under the gaiters to help with rubbing or baby powder.

Only thing with boots is that they rub...barefoot is the way to go but for long ride it would be nice to find boots that don't rub
