This song was our daughters favourite song. She died, aged 20 on 30th October 2010. She had cystic fibrosis and was waiting for lung transplant. She started a charity, Charlene's Project and raised £120,000 during her period on the transplant list to build a school in Uganda, Hidden Treasure. We miss her but are so proud of her, she was a legend. Thanks for this beautiful song - a tribute to Charlene is on her website

This song is very inspiring to all people in the world. God is calling us as Christians to tell other about Him. He left a BIG legacy for us so we know Him and the legacy of Him is the Bible. Just ask Him for something VERY important and hHe will answer in amny different ways 1.) He will talk to us. 2.) He will give is visions/dreams about it or 3.) He will make you wait and see..

God just works that way. I wanna leave as BIG as a legacy as God/Jesus did for my soon to be ansestors..

@dickiebarr1 We share that my friend. I lost my 8 mo old daugter in 02 to CP and then my 5 yr old son went to join her in 07 with the same problem. They we're and are great kids that let a legacy in me. We may not know why now but we will. My daughter's song was Air I Breath by M. Smith my son's was He's my Son by M. Shultz Take Care my friend

Well some times i find myself thinking that i cant leave a legacy due to the fact that i was a foster kid adopted by a new family raped and didnt tell till a year later. But this song makes me think that just by doing the right thing i may be able to do just that. I may not leave a big on but. Its what i leafve behind when i go to haven that counts. So thanks this song helped me on a dark day whem i needed. I can do all things through christ who strngthens me Philippians 4 v13

I even dreamt about that little girl that night...I could not forget her...by any standard she should have been a princess!!!!! not a rat catcher!!! ...so I pray you find much comfort from the Lord!!!! and are comforted as well...that your daughters Legacy is of the highest kind! Blessings to you!

@dickiebarr1 Also...there was a small documentary the other day on tv...it was about the cast system in southern India...about some some people are still considered the untouchables...there was a little family the dad was a 'rat catcher' considered 'unclean' ...but he was a lovely man...so you could see how terrible prejudice is...and his little 10 or 11 year old daughter was going off to a little school (a roof on posts with benches) AND he was hoping for more for her! And she was SO BEAUTIFUL!

My daughter gives her gift at the end of the year to a pastor with Orphans in Uganda...so I am so proud of your daughter too...leaving such a legacy when she could have only thought about herself!! She certainly left a legacy!!!...and I know know that Father gives double for our troubles...and that they see more clearly in heaven than we do...all the good her precious life has and will do!! I will look for Charlene's website!!
