The Bathers were playing at the castle and Andy was among the entourage but wasnt actually billed to play at the gig. There ended up being a bit of extra time and so Andy filled in with an impromptu 3 song set. This is probably my all time favourite version of this song and Davy Crichton`s superb violin is what really makes it something special. Filmed using domestic equipment and remixed by Jimmy Smith on both sound and vision. Michael Betan and `mac` are on the cameras.

  • Okay Andy, now I can see why you were mistaken for a member of U2...but did they not notice how tall you are in comparison to Bono?! LOL Love seeing these old videos!

  • It´s brilliant, indeed! Great Andy!

And the amazing violin does give the song depth and refinement...
