Pantera - Cowboys From Hell (Cover)

There are some mistakes and for the solo I used tapings 'cos I can't stretch my hand that much, but this is only my first cover. I'll try to make more covers and also I'll make a better cover of this song.It doesn't sound very good because it' recorded with a Panasonic FZ8 digital camera and the amp is very old and cheap. The backing music is from a Guitar Pro tab. AND the tuning is D G C F A D

Man I would appreciate if you told me how works the floyd rose on this guitar. I want to buy one , but first I need t be sure that the guitar does not go out of tune cause of the floyd rose. Please tell me your epeience with it. Thanks!

Dude, every guitar with a licensed floyd rose WILL go out of tune. Some will start earlier than other guitars, but the end result is the same.

This guitar has one of the best, if not the best floyd rose for that price range. And if you have enough money to spend, you can always buy an Original Floyd Rose.

Otherwise, the guitar is excellent and the wood isn't of low quality, though it is a bit heavy.

Just don't be put off by the name. There's a short review. :)

Very good except you need to up-pick those down pick parts. Watch the Dimebag in-store vids from 93 he shows that exact riff and explains how people do it wrong by down-picking...just when you think straight up down picking is awesome Dime shows up and starts UP-Picking! WTF!

@hrgiger6 If I needed to play like Dimebag, than I'm playing wrong almost the whole song. Man, on almost every cover of Pantera I see people arguing about what's the right way to play something, or how Dimebag played it.

I'm not Dimebag and I'm not trying to be him. And when I play, I'm trying to make it sound right, not to look right.

About the up-picks, I don't think it would change the sound a lot, maybe a little bit, but only a good musician can notice that with ears. :)

Another question dude. Is this a low action guitar? I mean if you can play fast chords and solos on it. Is the neck thin? cause I'm looking for a thin neck guitar and a guitar that could be set to play fast. thanks.
