Lego 497 Galaxy Explorer assembly - rerendered

I have rerendered this animation at 640x480 but on YouTube it doesn't look much better than the old version. (Notice the jaggies on the wings or the blurry textures. These look very sharp in the source videos.) YouTube is not showing options for viewing in "HD"; I know it's not really HD resolution but I was hoping for some option to make it look better. Any ideas?

I had this set until my parents gave it to a less fortunate cousin. One day it will be mine again. It was just so incredibly awesome.

Very very cool video - stunning quality. You just missed the small flat piece that goes on the top to keep the two rear halves from separating :P
