~~~This is an IMPORTANT LESSON!~~~
This lesson will hopefully give you the right mental approach to music, to piano, and to how you play and perform. It also gives a tip on how to play hard combination of notes that require many movements in an easier way.
  • Thanks for the best instruction. I am starting to practice again. I willl look through your videos for the correct fingering techniques. As a child, all I wanted to do was to play fast. Bad move. I have to re-condition my fingering so the technique flows. This is so important, as you emphasized.
  • i love you
  • this was a super lesson, and very important to me personally.
  • @msnhao yes, that's very obvious but the metaphor is that many inventions and discoveries are done accidentally, maybe it wasn't the most clever but it was just an example :)
  • A 3 legged table could work if the legs were arranged in an equilateral triangle
  • I almost cried... ^^ ..soo awesome! I'mma show this to my Pianist Friend who is always discouraged every time he commits mistakes on the piano. :D
  • i wish you were my teacher!!
    you're great!
  • This is THE most important lesson - at least for me - as it teaches you how to practice and approach to practicing
  • best concept ever, it works for anything, like running, if i tell my self running 14K is easy, it is!
  • have you ever seen Rachmaninov Piano Concerto No.3, Op.30, d minor 1st Movement
    some players make it look so simple
