We are. We mostly composed of 70% Hydrogen I think. Then remaining 30% is oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon and traces of other elements all of which were made in the stars. Ones you die, the atoms and molecules you made up of will be broken down by microbes and go back into the ''cycle'' as i call it. Thats a FACT. Now is their a soul? Thats only based on FAITH. Not evidence. Personally for me being dead is the same as before being born. Thats why i value life, you get it ONES.
I give natural selection it's credit. But I see it as an instrument thats been used in the creation process as a blueprint for All of life to evolve and to survive. Atoms changing velocity for no reason? don't know. Is God doing it directly? maybe not but it sure is in some kind of kenetic law of motion. My point is I don't know it all and either did einstein but I sure will not settle for the uncaused cause theory.
@emad2196 This "miracles" are firstly, by definition impossible, secondly every "holy" book has it's own prophecies and story of beginning, like Panspermia, Velikovskianism and Vedics.
You can take that god (Chrikti I think?) who also predicted other stars, not only other stars but different solar system WAIT! he even predicted multiverses, yet how could people know that 14,000 years ago?
@skunksnag The thing is, natural selection can explain your eye and your complexity. However it is a bad model to involve god when you can't explain something, why are atoms suddenly change velocity and direction for no reason? god is doing that? of course not, it's a bad model of describing something. The point is you can't give god as an explanation for what you don't know. If you don't know doesn't mean the answer doesn't exist.
@ukatam Maybe..but what about the thought that there is a beautiful, powerfull creator that made all of this??...The complexity of your eyes to see?...the oxygen you breath?, or the water you drink to keep you alive?.. yeah christianity has it's flaws but what it represents about a divine creator is flawless my friend. Man corrupts everything but havn't you noticed that you and I and creation stay the same? That proves there is a God with an orderly agenda that never changes!!........ peace
AMAZING! God is so great and wonderful for He made you and me. . .

To all the idiots who think that description of the creation of the world in the Bible does not agree with the facts:
This is the actual creation of the world. God in the Bible describes it in a poetic way!

@skunksnag
Oxygen and other heavier elements are made in the stars by chemical processes. No supernatural.
